How long will it take for my order to ship?

Products which aren't preorder will be shipped with local courier within 24-48 hours. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM HKT everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Saturday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday.

My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?

We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different PO box or mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email kicksociety.hk@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
