Are your products real?
All products are verified for authenticity by our in-house legit checking team. While we do not provide certificates of authenticity, we guarantee all products sold at Kicksociety are authentic.
How long does it take to deliver?
Products which aren't preorder will be shipped with local courier within 24-48 hours. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM HKT everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Saturday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday.
My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?
We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email kicksociety.hk@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only do shipments locally in Hong Kong. However, we do believe in the very near future, we will expand it to more regions or even worldwide.
I want to see more pictures of the used pair here, what should I do?
Please feel free to contact @kicksociety_hk on instagram and ask us for more in0depth pictures of the shoes condition.
Do you guys accept refund?
Please make sure to carefully review the description of each item before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges.
We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

New: 2. Offer us the price you want to get for the pair.
Used: 2. Send conditions of the pair, include all wear and tear pictures. Also offer us the price you want to get for the pair.
