Are your products real?
All products are verified for authenticity by our in-house legit checking team. While we do not provide certificates of authenticity, we guarantee all products sold at Kicksociety are authentic.
How long does it take to deliver?
Products which aren't preorder will be shipped with local courier within 24-48 hours. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM HKT everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Saturday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday.
My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?
We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email kicksociety.hk@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the countries below. Rates are per order and go by the number of pairs.
Hong Kong: HK$50 (local courier, 24-48 hours). Macau: HK$100.
Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia): HK$300 for 1 pair, HK$500 for 2 pairs, +HK$200 for each extra pair.
Australia and UK: HK$500 for 1 pair, HK$800 for 2 pairs, +HK$300 for each extra pair.
Canada: HK$700 for 1 pair, HK$1,200 for 2 pairs, +HK$500 for each extra pair.
Ordering more than 5 pairs, or shipping to another country? Message us on Instagram @kicksociety_hk.
International buyers pay any import duties or taxes to the courier on delivery; the amount depends on your country.
I want to see more pictures of the used pair here, what should I do?
Please feel free to contact @kicksociety_hk on Instagram and ask us for more in-depth pictures of the shoes’ condition.
Do you guys accept refund?
Please make sure to carefully review the description of each item before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges.
We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
